Ordering Process
Four simple steps from your inquiry to your shipment.
Submit Inquiry
Send us your requirements via our RFQ form or email. Include product type, materials, quantity, and any custom specifications.
Sample & Confirmation
We prepare samples, confirm materials (ASTM F136 / 316L), dimensions, finishes, and provide a formal quotation with pricing and lead time.
Production
Once confirmed, we begin manufacturing with in-process QC checks. Regular updates and photos provided throughout production.
QC & Dispatch
Final inspection (FQC), packaging, and shipping with full documentation. Tracking number provided upon dispatch.
Ordering Guidelines

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our standard MOQ is 10 pieces per design for In Stock models. For other items, MOQ is 100pcs. For Customized Jewelry, MOQ start at 200pcs.
Lead Time
Standard production takes 15–40 working days. Sample preparation: 3–5 working days. Custom/OEM orders may require additional time.
Payment Terms
T/T (bank transfer) for standard orders. L/C or other arrangements available for larger volumes. 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
Shipping & Logistics
We ship via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight based on order size. Worldwide shipping with full tracking. We handle all export documentation.
